Burgham International Horse Trials – Terms & Conditions

For the Burgham Horse Trials Ticket prize;

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter of the competition is: Burgham International Horse Trials.

Competition entry process

An entry has been made to the competition when the entrant has correctly answered the competition question and provided the information in the fields required.
The competition will close at midnight on 6th September 2020; entries will not be accepted to the competition after this point.

Competition entry terms

There is only one winner of this ticket giveaway.
Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
To enter this competition, you may be any age but you must be based in the UK at the time of the event; for those under 18 please send us your parent/guardian’s contact details in place of your own.
The winner’s name will be drawn at random from the list of entrants.
The winner will be contacted by email week beginning 7th September 2020 for their postal address to enable your tickets to be sent once they are available.

Prizes

The winner of the competition will receive a Season car pass together with family admission tickets which will be valid for all four days of the 2021 Burgham International Horse Trials (29th July – 1st August). There is no cash alternative.

The prizes shall be awarded at the discretion of Burgham and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the competition, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize.

General

Burgham’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Other than where such liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
Privacy: Any personal data submitted by competition entrants will be used only by Burgham for administrative purposes for contacting the winner of the competition named above and will not be disclosed to a third party.
